The mission of the Executive Assistant is to stay five steps ahead of their leader, tracking all of the administrative details, and clearing the path for her to make her greatest contribution to our business. The Executive Assistant will be a key asset to the CEO by anticipating needs at an exceptionally high level, allowing her to develop vision and strategy for all aspects of marketing and strategy at Kapeesh Marketing so that we can reach our revenue and profitability goals by better serving our clients and making an impact in our field.

Part-Time Marketing Copywriter
Enhance our agency offering by executing on content prompts provided by the Marketing Director and meant for email, blog, press release, web development, or printed marketing collateral. MUST be able to complete assignments by specified deadlines. Help mold our growing marketing agency into an organization of subject matter experts that is intuitive, creative, efficient, and fun.
This is a part-time position with the opportunity for pay increases at regular intervals. Full-time consideration will be made for the right candidate. The successful Marketing Copywriter will be able to complete job responsibilities while working in our Wharton office Mon – Thurs from 10AM-3PM. (Hours flexible, open to hybrid but MUST be in office 2 days per week.) We will NOT consider fully remote.

Full-Time Project Coordinator
As a project coordinator, you will become an expeditor of client services, advocating internally and externally for resources and timely execution. You will work within our project management platform ClickUp to monitor project statuses, delegate tasks, and be involved in planning launch schedules. You will handle incoming and outgoing communications related to project statuses and scheduling. Your main duty will be to ensure projects and tasks are organized, assigned, and being completed within expected timeframes by clearing obstacles and communicating effectively in order to help mold our growing agency into an organization of subject matter experts that is creative, efficient, and fun.
This is a full-time, salary position that is eligible for uncapped commissions and sales bonuses – so you can build your own salary! This role is on the Project Director track.
