Part-Time Executive Assistant

As an executive assistant, you will become an extension of the CEO/Marketing Director by managing calendars, communicating with current and potential clients, preparing meeting documents, and collecting information during those meetings. You will monitor project statuses, delegate tasks, and be involved in planning events and team meetings. You will handle incoming and outgoing finances and documents. Your main duty will be to observe the Marketing Director’s needs and work to assist her in your best efforts in order to help mold our growing agency into an organization of subject matter experts that is creative, efficient, and fun.

This is a part-time, hourly position that is eligible for uncapped commissions and sales bonuses – so you can build your own salary! It is a mix of an office assistant and executive assistant role.

  • Start at $12/hr at 20 hours a week depending on experience and contribution
  • Work from a dedicated desk at our Wharton, TX office
  • Grow into a full-time position within the first year
  • Regular performance reviews and hourly raise opportunities
  • Eligible for uncapped commissions and sales bonuses
